The Undergraduate Level 4 Diploma in Business Management is a 120-credit course.
The qualifications have been created to develop and reward the business managers of today and the future, and to continue to bring recognition and professionalism to the management sectors.
The rationale for the programmes is to provide a career path for learners who wish to develop their management capabilities within the business sector.It is envisaged that this programme will encourage both academic and professional development so that learners move forward to realize not just their own potential but also that of organizations across a broad range of sectors.
There are six mandatory units (120 credits) for each qualification. Each unit has the equivalent of 20 credits. Each unit consists of approximately 100 guided learning hours of material with an additional 30-50 hours of optional learning material. These materials consist of recommended exercises, recommended readings and internet resources.
Demonstrated some ability and possess qualifications at Level 3, for example ‘A’ Levels or vocational awards.
Spent some time in an organizational role and shown they have capability and drive to develop.
Seeking further professional development and to gain work related skills and know-how.
Computer with internet connection, together with sufficient IT competence to make effective use of word processing, internet and email.
To complete the Level 4 Diploma in Business Management, it will take 10 months. Every month, the student will be required to complete one assignment.
